Meditate toward Third Eye

1.Between the two eyebrows is the gland which is called the pineal gland- the Third Eye, but it is non-functioning. You have to meditate to open it. It is not blind; it is simply closed. 

2. Breath-in and focus the attention between the eyebrows… Breath-out but keep the attention be there. Third Eye is hungry for attention and  if you give attention to it, it itself helps you; it is magnetic.

3. Gently tap your forehead in between your eyebrows. The tap also moves through medulla (behind and base of the skull), which in turn stimulates the pituitary gland. 

4. Now, fold your tongue toward the back of your mouth (toward the uvula). Keep breathing deeply with attention at the Third Eye.

5. Keep meditating. You may feel it in few days/weeks.
