• Yoga - Stretch out: I will do Yoga or stretch my body. I will notice tense and relaxation in all of my body parts.  
  • Meditate: I will meditate being in the present, being mindful. I will sing hymens and mantras.

  • Eat being super-conscious: Instead of rushing to finish my meal quickly, I will eat slowly and practice being super aware of the smell, the textures and flavors. No thoughts. Just Eat..
  • Noticing nature: I will  see nature inside and outside and take a walk. I will feel connected and being part of the nature. 
  • Be grateful: I will be grateful in moments of presence. I will be grateful for the small things, for things that are seemingly difficult, they only help me learn and grow.
